The gym sadist strikes again

My gym sadist aka personal trainer destroyed my body again. Ugghhhh.

I can’t lift my arms above my head. It hurts to sit down, bend over, and even just touching my hair/face hurts my arms. ☠️

My torture this week:

– 3 sets of 25 (real) pushups, lowering my body all the way to the floor.

– 3 sets of 20 weighted tricep dips

– 3 rounds of pulling 100 lbs of weight on a rope across the gym

– 3 sets of 40 lunges

– 3 sets of 20 squats

– 20 burpees

– 20 minutes of cardio
